The World Clock App Reviews

I use this app for amateur radio work and have found none that is better. Among its many features, the map shows global sunlight patterns which is useful for determining potential "gray line" (i.e. along the twilight zone) contacts. This is a great program that is attractively designed and intuitive to use. Well done!

Needs iPhone 5 optimization!

I use this app quite a bit and I really like it both on iPad (3) and iPhone (4). I have 8 time zones set up. The map is really well done and the ability to scroll time forward and back is great. The detail is great - the shadow/light portion even changes its shape matching the season so you can really see where it is light and dark. I would recommend this to anyone.

Of late, the app has been crashing such that I cant use it anymore. I delted it and reinstalled it yet the problem persists (Im using an iPhone 5 and iOS 7). Please fix! Id give it five stars if it werent for this issue.

I really like this app but there are time problems for Haite (port-au-prince) ; Chile (Santiago). It looks like south america is wrong. Is there a paid version that is correct for all time zones?

Very nice! I am glad it has a massive list of built-in locations. I was even able to find Dwarka, Vrindaban and Nabadvipa (India)!

Pretty much the best world time zone app out there. Please update it for iPhone 5 taller screen resolution.

This app is high end and really straight forward, attention to details in regards to its purpose are top notch, especially the map view which is amazing I look forward to whatever future updates are planned for this stellar app, though honestly the only things I can imagine getting updated are in the aesthetic department, for it does everything else perfectly.

One of my absolutely favorite apps since I live in a different part of the world to my family. Super easy and the displays are great.

1. Santiago Chile time is wrong. 2. Once clock is added, its not showing the additional location info when you tap the "i". 3. When you hit the 2 clock icon in the upper right hand corner, it crashes the app. 4. No way to provide feedback or get support other than leaving review. The Facebook page didnt seem very useful to me. Not sure if the first 3 issues are iOS 8 related, but if these are fixed, it will be a 5 star app.

I use it frequently when traveling. It would be better if it included GMT/UTC time.

The screen size needs to be fixed for iOS 8. I see the app developer hasnt updated this app in a year and a half. Have they stopped supporting it?

the developer seems to have lost interest. Hasn’t been updated in ages. Looks dated and, most importantly, crashes on the iPad constantly. Developer says he’s aware but there’s been no update forthcoming. There are better options out there, unfortunately

When opening the time-zone calculator, the app crashes.

The alarm clock is horrible - it "forgets" the sound its supposed to play. Consequently the device does activate when its supposed to but plays no sound. If an alarm is set, it works fine the first time, but if the alarm is not recurring, the next time its set to go off, theres no sound associated with it. I think this is a fairly recent problem.

Since update to iOS 8, selecting the time zone calculation shuts down the app on the iPad. It still works fine on iPhone. This is one of the feature I used to use very often. Unfortunately it is not working anymore. My previous review is still valid ... The hrs difference to the time set on the iPad is a great feature! Extremely helpful when working with a global team.

Ever since I updated to the latest OS version, it crashes every time I try to open the dual time zone icon on the top right corner... Please fix!!

Works well, but when I try to change the date or time so I can plan a meeting, the app crashes. Would love an update, and will change rating when I see one that removes crashing.
